09 Filesystem
Filesystem answers whether monitored SAP servers or paths have space risk.
What appears
- Filesystem usage, with threshold risk, series, and breakdown by host or mount point when available.
- Oracle tablespaces, when the source and engine publish that signal.
When both panels apply, each uses half a row. When only one applies, it expands to full width; the missing conditional panel leaves no empty space.
How to interpret it
- OK: there is enough free space for the current operational pattern.
- WARN: usage is growing, a preventive threshold is reached, or the trend can become risky soon.
- KO: saturation risk is immediate and may affect SAP work processes, logs, interfaces, or database-adjacent files.
Filesystem incidents are rarely isolated. A full path can trigger dumps, failed jobs, missing logs, blocked interfaces, or stopped collectors. Check whether the growth is sudden or gradual before deciding the urgency.
Filters and next screens
Filter by host first. Open the Landing map to see whether the host is already degraded, then cross-check Jobs and Events for errors around the same time. If space increased during a batch window, inspect Job Monitoring and Events before treating it as generic capacity growth.
