SPOT helps SAP Basis, technical administration, operations, and observability teams understand SAP health from one console: current health, operations domains, events, jobs, topology, historical metrics, and AI-assisted reports.

Conventions​

Button, tab, and menu names are kept as they appear in the product. Screenshots use real operational data when useful, but organization names, sensitive hosts, and secrets are anonymized.

  1. Start with access and roles.
  2. Review navigation.
  3. If you administer on-premise, continue with On-Premise.
  4. If you use SaaS, continue with Tenant console.
  5. For daily work, go to Daily Operations.
