Usage status
SPOT may show an operational warning when observed usage exceeds the assigned allowance or recent data is missing. This warning does not stop dashboards, navigation, or extraction.
Every user sees a compact message without figures or identifiers. Administrators can open Configuration to review observed usage, reading quality, freshness, and the available history.
Quality can be:
- Complete: every enabled source has a recent value.
- Partial: at least one recent value exists, but a source is missing.
- Unknown: no recent values are available.
Missing data is never treated as zero. Check connectivity and ingestion for each SAP source first. If SPOT shows an access block instead of a warning, contact the installation administrator or the agreed support channel.
To interpret limits, review history, or generate the encrypted evidence requested during renewal, see Licenses and renewal.
