What changed
The dump event and its supporting description now have independent recovery behavior. An unavailable description no longer discards the event already collected.
Before
A temporary failure in the description source could interfere with completion of the supporting dump information.
After
SPOT preserves the main dump identity and retries its description separately when the supporting source is temporarily unavailable.
Compatibility
The main dump event remains available throughout description retry; existing investigation links remain valid.
What to do
No configuration change is required.
