What changed
Collection work is isolated so a long Programs request does not hold the complete collection cycle. Confirmed progress remains durable across restart and retry.
Before
Long or interrupted collection work could delay other telemetry families and require pending windows to be recovered less predictably.
After
The connector bounds concurrent work, advances only confirmed progress and resumes pending windows after interruption without duplicating confirmed records.
Compatibility
Existing telemetry remains readable. Recovery continues from confirmed progress after restart.
